Views 18575

Spring is coming, together with the tiny rain, the singing birds, and the blooming flowers. For the last three years, I traveled in China, having seen and heard lots of charming, fantastic attractions. I would like to share some of best sights in March in my mind. Well in the first place, I'd like to post a photo of Beijing. It's so magnificent!

Nyingchi Tibet

When it comes to March, large area of sakura will bloom in the grassland, while the snow is still covering half of the mountains, most of which are at least 5000 meters high. This is my favorite one.

Wuhan University

Some guys says Wuhan University is beautiful just for its sakura. This might be the most special university in China, for its lasting appeal every year.

Wuyuan, Jiangxi

Wuyuan is an amazing land, for its stunning beauties, and also for its location. It's near Shanghai, so I can go there easily. Taking on the high speed train, it will cost no more than 4 hours, and the train ticket is just 269 Yuan. Considering its convenience, I go there twice every year, once in March, another time in October.

I should be in Jiuzhaigou right now If it's not for the earthquake. Other travellers I know, said this planet just lost a  treasure when the news that an earthquake hit Jiuzhaigou. Even though, I can put a good face on it, because it's still beautiful after the earthquake!

Xingyi, Guizhou

Do you know the ethnic people in China? Here is the homeland of the bù yī zú, Buyi people. Years ago, NBC produced a TV serial, 'The Lost World'. The adventure story attracts me. I was wondering where on earth can i see the magical 'lost world'. After 20 Years when I grow up, I have a chance to visit Guizhou, and I traveled in the Southeast Guizhou and South Guizhou, where I meet Xinyin. Xingyi is just the lost world in my mind when I arrived in this remote village.

Daocheng, Sichua

Dacheng, as well as Tibet, is the last pure land on earth in my mind. Some travllers don't know too much about it. But I do know a astonishing fact that Daocheng is connected with Shangri-La. They are separated by the Hengduan Mountains. Actually Shangri-la in Yunan is right the neighbor of Daocheng in Sichuan.

Yili, Xinjiang

Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, once was my favorite one before I went to Nyingchi. But now, I want to make a plan to go Yili again. This place is located at the feet of Tianshan Mountains. It's almost the fairy tale world same with the children's stories.

Xiapu, Fujian

It's a city close to the pacific ocean, with large land of beaches. The intertidal zone here is a legendary one. People here are also very nice. Most of them are fishers.

Yuantouzhu, Wuxi

Yuantouzhu is a humble place in Wuxi City, Jiangxi Province, while the traditional beauty here makes it an excellent attraction.

Hongcun, Anhui

I came here for the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, but i fell in love with it by its glamorous atmosphere.

Hangzhou, Zhejiang

I mention Hangzhou here, not at the first place, just because it's so famous. This is absolutely a great place to go in Spring.

Luoping, Yunnan

Luoping has the grandest area of cole flowers in China, and also the amazing Jiulong (Nine Dragons) Waterfall.

Zhoushan Islands, Zhejiang

The 390 islands here are pearls of the sea. It makes me relax just by blowing the warm wind and the good smell of seafoods.

Luoyang, Henan

The peony here is the best in China, long at 1000 years ago in Tang Dynasty. Luoyang in Henan Province is also a great old city with many traditional buildings.

Libo, Guizhou

If you have read the guidebook of Southeast Guizhou, you might love this too. Libo is in the area of South Guizhou. It looks like an emerald belt of earth.

The Phoenix Town

The Phoenix Town, is also known as Fenghuang Gucheng. The city was built along the Tuo River and small mountains during Qing Dynasty.

Beijing is no longer a high polluted city any more. I know many people still criticize the fog and haze in Beijing. But in spring, Beijing is definitely worth a visit.

GuilinIt's also a great attraction in China. Guilin is almost as famous as the Great Wall and the Terra Cotta Warriors. This place looks just like an invaluable painting in my mind. There are few visitors in Spring here. But in the third month of Chinese Lunar Calendar, there are several big festivals, such as Sanyuesan. The pageant of local ethnic people is awesome.

Nanjing in Jiangsu Province, is a city with a long history. Many old buildings are completely saved from the ancient times. It was once China's capital city for astonishing six dynasties.

Dali, Yunnan

You can know what a Chinese word 'Fenghuaxueyue' means when you are in Dali. The wind, the flowers, the snow, the moon, is what natives regard this city as.
